All my parcels have a proof of posting receipt, but I do not use a tracking or signed-for service, due to the high costs in relation to the goods. If the unfortunate situation occurs where your package goes missing, then I will investigate it with Australia Post. Please allow a few more days for regional areas. I use Australia Post unless otherwise stated, domestic orders usually take between 1-3 days to arrive at their destination for Metro areas.
